Mission Statement:

 

I aim to promote physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing through an awareness of the connectedness between the Supreme Creator Spirit, Almighty God, our self (body, mind, soul, and spirit), and all of life. In doing so I guide individuals to personal empowerment based on their relationship with God, with self, and with others. In turn this awareness helps to build strong personal relationships, promotes inner peace and generates harmonious living.

 

My work is based on 2 TMOTHY 1:7

“For God has not given us a spirit of fear but one of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”

 

WHAT I DO:

· Personal counselling

· Public forums/seminars

· Workshops

· Prayer support

· Liaise with mental health and church organizations

· Lobby politicians for change.
